Omnichannel Communication Streamline

Led the UX transformation of multi-channel communication engagement (Email, SMS, Customer Support Calls, Direct Mail). Quick-Pay Payment Optimization

Drove the strategic redesign of the online payment and post-donation experience, identifying and resolving key areas of UX debt. Through a comprehensive audit of donation forms, research into payment method selection, and iterative A/B testing, the project delivered a highly optimized and efficient user flow, positively impacting donor conversion.

Brand Hub Redesign

Led the strategic design and implementation of the Brand Asset Management site's user experience. This involved a comprehensive redesign of the Brand Hub to improve search functionality, content findability, and overall usability for various user types. Key initiatives included implementing features like bulk actions, theme selection, and event creation, driven by user research and stakeholder collaboration.

AI-based Lead Generation Dashboard

Led the UX design for a cutting-edge AI-powered lead-generation dashboard. This initiative involved strategically implementing machine learning for data analysis and the intelligent presentation of insights. I was responsible for mapping comprehensive agent workflows, defining critical user journeys, and crafting an intuitive user experience that streamlined information discovery and facilitated decisive action.

Marathon Admin Dashboard

St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend attracts over 22,000 participants every year. I designed the UX and UI for the Marathon Admin dashboard, empowering St. Jude Marathon event organizers and volunteer coordinators with a more intuitive and efficient system for managing events and incentives. The design directly contributed to optimized workflow management and reduced operational friction.

Designed a convenient, on-the-go voice donation interaction, working with a cross-functional team & business stakeholders for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital via Google Home and Alexa devices, collaborating with the team's for voice interaction design expertise.

Blood Donation

2022-25

Connected Blood Donation Journeys

Building on a 2014 initiative to democratize blood donation , I evolved this project during my Master’s at DePaul into research on non-profit trustworthiness. At ALSAC, I applied these insights to the St. Jude ecosystem to cut costs and boost life-saving supplies. I collaborated with the Event Experiences team to launch a pilot program connecting event registration with blood donation journeys. This physical and digital integration at Town Hall and athletic events saved over $16,000 in it's first year and expanded community outreach.
